The Missouri statute on child support provides that it continues after a child is 18 upon certain conditions. It sounds as if your son does not meet those conditions. You might consider filing a Motion to Terminate Child Support. Although it is possible for you to do this on your own, you would be well-advised to consult with an attorney.I have assisted many parents with these Motions over the years that this law has been in effect. You may certainly feel free to contact me if I might be of assistance.
