i have a sone who will be 2 in 1 week his mother has not allowed me to be part of his life she refused to put my name on the birth certificte what rights do i have as a father?

You need to file a suit asking the Judge to determine you to be the legal father and giving you legal rights regarding legal custodey and pysical custody of the child. The Judge will also order child support. Until then, you have no legal rights regarding this child.
