i am unemployed and my husband wants a divorce i would like to continue recieving support until i get a job

Have you hired an attorney? If so you should discuss this with your attorney. If not, you should consult with an attorney and hire one as soon as possible. Then your attorney can discuss the topic of "maintenance" with you and provide you with the services and advice you need. Good luck!
