Missouri law has not required "grounds" for divorce such as "abandonment" for many decades. Perhaps you would be well advised to hire an attorney to handle your divorce since you do not seem to know even the most basic law concerning divorce. I honestly believe that the people who put "forms" on the internet are causing people like you a great deal of harm. People who file "forms" they find on the internet with the Court usually wind up spending countless hours stumbling around trying to figure out what to do most often with the result that whatever they do obtain in Court will require fixing at some later date. Cleaning up the mess made will cost far more than getting it done right in the first place.
