Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In the state of Missouri is there a minimum age a child would have to be before a court would award a biological father overnight visits? For example, would a Missouri court give a father overnight visitations of an infant under the age of 1 years old?

Missouri courts order overnight parental visits for infants all the time.

Many fathers have been awarded overnight parenting time with infants or young children.

These cases are very fact sensitive and depend upon what the judge determines to be in the child's best interests. However, there is a legal presumption that it is in the child's best interests to have significant and meaningful time with each parent.
