Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My step son turned 18 in July, graduated this past May. He is not enrolled in college and working 3 hours a day 4 days a week and that is all he wants to do. When can we stop paying his mom child support?

You can stop after December, depending upon what the support order says. Your wife may be able to stop now.
