Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My stepson's ex girlfriend and his three kids and one kid from her past relationships lived with me for 6 years up to march of last year. my step son is in jail. She started chasing a new boy friend and she and the kids moved out. She has moved from house to house and had the kids change schools twice since march. I was seeing the kids every other weekend until some stuff happened. and she has stopped letting me see them. Have not seen them since Nov. How hard is it for a Step grand patent to get visitation in MO .I have been the only male figure in the kids life youngest is just turned 6 in Dec.

Step-grandparents have no legal right to enforce on biological grandparents. If you can show that she is unfit for the children, you may have a basis to obtain custody.
