Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I can support myself. Right now I have applied for food stamps and HUD a type of housing authority and I will be taking my test for my ged soon after I study and do my practice test. I am due November the 8th and HUD is saying we can't get in because I am not 18 but he is. I am pregnant and do I legally have to go before a judge to get emancipated?

This is confusing. You say you can support yourself, but you are applying for food stamps and HUD housing assistance anyway. While you are still a minor, you may have to get emancipated to qualify for housing assistance, if you are not a full-time student.

Good luck
