If all three men are the legal fathers of the respective children, then you need to comply with the requirements of the relocation statute as to each father. In order to do so you do need to send a certified letter containing several specific pieces of information and you have to send it a specific time period ahead of your move in order to give the father time to file something in Court objecting to yor relocation. You may call me for a consultation if you are not represented by an attorney, and I will be glad to help you.
