Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i technically still have full custody even tho my ex filed to modify custody of our 3 kids & now has temporary custody. what if one of my kids is being mistreated by him but wont say nothing to anyone while he's living there cause he's scared of his dad. so on what grounds can i keep him til i find out what to do?

Your posting is confusing. You say the Dad has temporary custody, but also seem to think that you have full custody. If you have an honest belief that your Son was abused, while with his Dad, then give the information to the attorney representing you in the current case. Otherwise, it is likely that the Dad's request for modification will be granted. If you hav no attorney, in this case, go see one Friday.
