Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
my ex is threating to sue for child support, have my daughter taken away from me...we currently have a 50 50 custody arangement with no court order. i have asked her multiple times for a parenting plan and she pays me lipservice agrees but never follows through cancels, postpones ect. also she lied to the state for years about me living with her. but we filed joint taxes how much leagal trouble will i be in ( i never signed any documents) any advice would be most welcome

You may be able to file first, or counter sue in her action. You should correct any false statemetns you have made to any governmental body. If you have not made any claism to have been living with her, you may not be in any trouble, although you may owe taxes.
