Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am currently going throught a paternaty case and nothing has been set in court by the judge. My question is do I have to let him see the child whenever he is requesting. He gets him every Wed and Fri and has keep him the last 2 sunday over nights. he is wanting to get him again this sunday and I have told him that we have plans ans he is mad and states that he will pick him up reguardless what I have planned. My question is do I have to let him go with him?

If you do not have an attorney you need to hire one to represent you in the lawsuit. If you do have an attorney ask your attorney any questions that you have about your legal rights and duties.
