Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex has told me that he filed for and received new custody papers. I have never seen these papers and there have been no attempts that I am aware of to have them served to me. I know that he has to have me served with the papers before he can do anything. I am just wondering is it legal if I call his lawyer and ask her about this is she allowed to tell me?

The lawyer is duty-restricted from lying to youa bout the existence of a new custody Order. Call her and ask if she will support or deny uopur ex's statement(s) You may also go on Casenet and see if they list any new filings.
