Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a truck that i aquired durring my marriage. Its only in my name. My husband is now hiding it from me. I know where it is. He is currently in jail and I have someone who wants to buy it. I need the money. Can I sell it?

If you own the truck and it is in your name, normally you can sell it. If there is a Dissolution of Marriage going on then there may be special considerations since the truck was acquired during the marriage. In that event, you would consult and take your advice from your divorce lawyer.
