Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex-husband filed a termination of child support with the courts saying there are 18-year-old daughter has graduated from high school and was not enrolling into college which is a lie he knew she was going to college has a picture of him holding the school mascot instead he has lied to the courts and said this and they have awarded him to have child support Stop. Our daughter is currently in college as of now and we are in waiting for the child support to put in her account to pay . Wondering if this is legal and how do I go about getting child-support back
