Type your question here...I BROKE MY PROBATION FOR CHILDSUPPORT AND NOW I HAVE A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST I WAS TOLD. I AM IN NEED OF LEGAL ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO? I HAVE NO HOME, NO JOB. I HAD A JOB LAST YEAR WORKING,HAD APARTMENT,MONEY AND WAS PAYING CHILDSUPPORT. EVERYTHING FELL TO PIECES, MY CAR BROKE DOWN, I LOST MY JOB,I LOST MY APARTMENT BECAUSE OF NO JOB AND THEN GOT BEHIND ON CHILDSUPPORT AND GOT ARRESTED THEN PUT ON PROBATION WHERE I WAS LIVING AT THE TIME WITH A FRIEND THEN I HAD TO MOVE AND AM HOMELESS AND COULDN'T GET TO MY PO AND I BROKE MY PROBATION AND NOW I HAVE A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST AND I NEED HELP WITH THIS. THE CHILD'S MOTHER SAID SHE WOULD DROP CURRENT AND BACK CHILDSUPPORT IF I HAVE A WRITTEN LEGAL PAPER FOR HER TO SIGN TO KEEP ME FROM GOING TO JAIL. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO? I HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY A ATTORNEY AND LEGAL AIDE SAYS THEY ONLY HANDLE CIVIL SUITS. CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A ATTORNEY THAT WILL HANDLE MY CASE? NIGEL
