Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Type your question here...My son is currently in a special needs "residential" facility at his mothers request for the 3rd time, against mine. The facility won't give me time of day 'cause I'm not the C.P. They're in Iowa, I'm in K.C. MO. We have an order out of Florida, still in play. Where do I turn????
