Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i am not tyring to keep my daughter from her father but he already told me if he gets her he will run with her and his family is very unpredictable and crazy. no custody has been established yet i cant work right now because as long as i am with her they cant take her. he has ran us off the road tried to bash my cars windows in with her in her carseat. what should i do he is going for full custody

You and/or your attorney should inform the court of all the shenanigans and activity that you described here. Perhaps his visitation will be supervised for a while, if he does nto get physical custody.
