In all or nearly all family law cases, there is aresidnecy requirement for the court to have jurisdiction to hear the matter. The statement that you referenced is a statement that the 90 day resiedency requirment has been met by both the plaintif and defendant, and the Plaintiff contiues to reside there, so that the court may or is now finding that it has jurisdiction to decide the matter before it. In plain english this means that both the husband and wife have lived in Missouri for three months, and at least one of them still does.

Good luck
