Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have been unemployed for a while now due to the economy and are in excess of 5000 behind on child support. The State of Missouri has suspended my drivers license until I find employment.

You did nto ask any question, but I assume you are seeking advice. Perhps you can Petition to have yrou obligation reduced whiel you are unemployed. Or, since you are unemployed, you can seek to get custody of the child(ren) so the other parent woudl owe you support, and you coudl reduce your obligation that way.
