Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am an unmarried mother who wants to move out of town to finish my college education. Can my child's father stop me from moving out of town? He currently does not pay child support and we don't have any type of legal custody agreement.

If you tell the child's father 60 days before you plan to move, aqnd he does not contest it in court, you can probably move without fear of losing your child. But, once you get to teh new place, you will probably need to seek a visitation and support order.
