Vehicle re-financing and titling
In my divorce, my spouse obtained possession of the vehicle, however, the loan and title are in my name alone. He has NOT re-rinanced or re-titled. Am I financially responsible in case of accident or loss?

Your settlement agreement or court's findings state if there is to be a refinancing. As for titling the attorneys' would have prepared a gift affidavit to transfer title at the end of the dissolution. If your name is on the loan then you are responsible for the debt. What does your agreement say about who is to pay. You may be able to take steps against your ex. You should contact your attorney to more fully discuss your concerns.
