Can my ex keep my daughter from me if i have a warrent for my arrest . There is already a visitation schedule in place and she says that she does not have to bring her to it

Although technically I believe that you stilol hae the legal rights to see your child as defined by court order, your ex does have a good point. what will happen to the child if you are taken into the custody of law enforcement at a time when you have physical custody of your daughter? The solution to this problem would be to hire an attorney and get the warrant cancelled.
