Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
Visitation
My ex-husband has primary custody with the two of us sharing Joint custody. I live in the State of MA, while he has custody of her in MO. Recently I planned a trip for the two of us back to my home in MA during a Teacher Work day and Federal holiday. He claims removing her from the state of MO broke a law and is threatening me constantly about it. I know I can not take the child out of the country with out a letter from him and her passport, which she does not have, but what could be possibly be referring to. Also he is a police man in my home town where he still lives, so his threats during this time included calls to my 90 yearold grandmother and 82 yearold Father inlaw claiming he was trying to locate her when he received multiple emails stating we were going to my home in MA for 4 days prior to the start of school again. Is there anything I can do to stop the harassment?

Re: Visitation
You probably need a lawyer in MO (Missouri?) to get the matter resolved, as all actions on the child herself are there. However, you might also want to report the harassment to some police authority over your ex -- such as, perhaps, his chief, or the state attorney general, etc. If he abuses his police authority to threaten and harass, he can be charged with violations of various laws. Again, however, a Missouri attorney would be the best route to assist with this.
I am aware of no Massachusetts law you violated. However, I know nothing of MO law, or your divorce agreement.
