Visitation
I share joint legal of 2 kids with my ex who lives another state. She is telling me that I can't have my kids during their spring break if I don't take them on a vacation. I checked my papers and there's nothing that says she can do this. Can I do somehting about it?

If the existing court order says that you have physical custody of the kids during their spring break, then your ex can not legally just dictate new terms. Advise her that if she fails to produce the kids for spring break with you , you will be taking her to court on a Motion for Contempt at the very least. This assumes that the existing court order is from a Missouri court and we are talking about Missouri law. You really should consult with an atotrney.
