Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

visitation/custody

I live in MO. My ex-wife has stopped enforcing visitation of my 12 yr. old adopted daughter, at my daughter's request. The only complaints my daughter expressed to me was that it was boring at my house and I wouldn't let spend all our time at other people's houses. I have several audio recordings of my ex and myself talking about this, and I feel that they are very incriminating against her. I don't have the money for a attorney, but I have not seen my daughter since September 24, 2008. What can I do on my own to fight her on this, my ex is not a responsible parent and is extremely co-dependent, I fear for the emotional and mental wellbeing of my daughters. Please, any help is appriciated.
