Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am wanting to confirm if it is legal for me to relocate with in the state of Missouri? I share joint legal and physical custody with my ex but fear he is going to try to remove her from my primary care. What rights do I have my reason for relocation is that I have found a job and currently am unemployed. The new city is only 4 hours from where we currently live.

The biggest determinant is probably what your divorce and custody Orders say about relocation. You can probably move, but, you may be responsible for transporting the children for their visits with the other parent. Ask the attorney who represented you in the divorce or most recent custody modification matter.
