Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife beat me up Sunday night and then filed domestic abuse charges against me and had me arrested. She is now refusing to let me have my belongings out of the house. My parents also have some things "stored" on the property. She is refusing to let them their property also. She is not the legally deeded owner of the house or the property. How can we retrieve our property?

Have a police officer escort you. You might need to bring a small claim suit for the assault that you sat she committed. This may help with the defense of your criminal DV charge.
