Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex wife has custodial custody of my two kids. My daughter is 17 and my son is 13. My daughter want to move in with me. What do I need to do about her being able to move in?

Will I still have to pay child support to her mom for her? Does the legal paperwork need to be changed?

Yes, the "legal paperwork" needs to be changed. You need to file a Motion to Modify and go throught he normal legal process to have the Court change the terms of custody and child support as well as approving a new "parenting plan". You will probaly save more money than you spend if you hire an attorney to take care of this for you as soon as possible. Please consult with an attorney.
