Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife and I are getting a divorce, we live in missouri. Our names are on both vehicles/hers, mine and on the house. Neither of us wants the others vehicle and she doesnt want the house but I do. She said the judge will not give us a divorce unless we have our names off the other persons vehicle and she has her name off the house. She said we will have to sell or refinace in our own name before the court date. Is this true or do we have any other options? Neither is contesting the divorce
