Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife and I are getting a divorce, the problem is she will not leave the home. She will not help pay for anything.

If you have or your wife have fiel a divorce petition, it should indicate who will be living in the marital home. If neither of you have filed, then she does not have to leave absent some abuse allegation by you or children.
