Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife and I have been divorced since June 20,2009, but the judge still has not ruled on the last of the property we have money in the bank in an account and some other material things we both would like to get on with our lives what can I do without pissing the judge off to get on with this I feel almost 3 months is enough for him to rule our lives, We both could have bought houses in our school area that have been sold because we did'nt have money fo a down payment. What channels can I go thru to change this.
