Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife is leaving me. Wants me to move out because i didn't work Las 3 months. I got an inheritance and have been paying the bills. We have 1 child. I dated I will get anything for the kid. Even help pay the bills my wife wants half the remaining money from my inheritance. It will take a big chunk to get a house for me and put furniture's in it. Do I owe her half?
