Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My wife has left after only 6 months of marriage. She left me with alot of bills to pay, and I'm disabled. To top things off, I don't know how to contact her, nor where she lives. What do I do now to disolve this marriage?

You may be able to file for divorce in her absence. You may even be abel to get it annulled. If the bils were for credit dards, etc. and your wife is not disabled, the creditors may be able to find her quicker than you could. If the mariage is annulled or divorced, and your wife does not respond after being served, you may be able to get an Order making her responsible for the marital debt. the creditors can still come after you , but you could go after her for reimbursement. Since the marriage was for just 6 months, it seems unliiely that you will get spousal support.
