Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife has had multiple affairs. And I'm getting to the point I don't know what is the truth anymore. My question is how can I pull her texts messages from our cell phone company? The phone is in my name and I want to pull certain numbers to see what all the texts are about. These have been deleted from her phone but like I siad the phone is in my name.

Ask your wireless provider for a record of all texts they can retrieve. (you might have to pay for this) and then go through them. There appears to be no law or regulation for them to keep acopy of all yrou deleted text messages for you. There are companies out there that claim to be able to retrienve deleted data from a cell phone. I suspect that it might be expensive.
