Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife is going to be served with a summons for a hearing regarding an order of protection filed by a neighbor. This is a nightmare neighbor who has exhibited a pattern of harrassment against us for many years. The subdivision trustees have 2 inch thick file with complaints by her about us, each and every one of which was dismissed. I had to get an order of protection against this woman's boyfriend last summer because he theatened to break my arm. The only incident I can think of that this may be based on was last week. The neighbor was mowing her lawn, and my wife was in a flower bed adjacent to her property pulling weeds. No words were exchanged and nothing what-so-ever happened. My wife has not spoken to this woman in years. I can only assume that this claim is a continuation of the past harrassment and a reprisal for the order of protection that I filed (and was granted) against the woman's boyfriend last year. What is the best course of action to defend her against this?
