Proper English grammar would be "My wife and I . . .", not "Me and my wife . . .", but from reading your question it appears that English may not be your first language. In any event, you are not lacking in nerve. Attempting to use this website and the good will of attorneys who offer their time, education, experience and advice on this site for no charge in order to "do it yourself" and avoid paying an attorney shows a lot of moxy. First of all, it is a mistake for you to attempt a dissolution of marriage without legal counsel. But, if you insist upon proceeding without an attorney, I believe that you should do whatever research and other work is required to truely "do it yourself".
