Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife is wanting a Divorce My mother in law bought the house we are in and I have been making payments for the last 9 months. She made payments the previous year. My question is will I be Responsible for the house payment if I move. My name is not on the Deed

You say your mother in law bought the house. You say that you made payments for nine months. ho did you pay? Are you on a Promissory Note to a lender for the purchase money of the house? You just do not explain enough for us to be able to help you.
