I woud like see a copy of the will and see refuses to send me a copy , even though I an am mentioned in the will. My father died 2 years ago. Is there some legal way I can get a copy of the will? It was filled in Missouri , but my sister says he changed it and refilled in Florida.

He was living with her (last 3 years) when he died. I have no proff that he refilled or changed his will.

Re: Will

CONTACT AN ATTORNEY IN THE COUNTY WHERE YOUR FATHER DIED. OR, YOU COULD TRY TO CONTACT THE PROBATE COURT IN THAT COUNTY AND ASK THEM IF THEY WILL SEE WHETHER HIS WILL WAS FILED THERE. IF SO, THEY WILL PROBABLY BE GLAD TO SEND YOU A COPY. IT IS A PUBLIC DOCUMENT. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, MISSOURI HAS A STATUTE WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO FILE A LAWSUIT TO GET A COURT ORDER REQUIRING THE WILL TO BE PRODUCED.
