Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Can I withhold my ex-husbands visitations if he is behind of his child support? I am trying to get where my daughter does not see her father, as her becomes ill every time she goes over there and I have had 3 doctors till me she is having emtionally problems with her father visits. She is fine at home with me. Her father is a weird religion and they tell her things and it is so confusing her and this is conflicting with her schooling and life. I am tryin got find a way to get her away from him as I believe he is mentally and emtionally abusing her. Further more when it is his time for visitation his mother is the one to care for her and pick her up, not him. Divorce papers clearly state him and him only, Ihave a problem with his mother being around my daughter.

No you can not withhold court ordered visitation because the father is behind on child support. It sounds like you need to file a Motion to Modify the Family Court Judgment granting you a dissolution of marriage and provide the court with evidence upon which the visitation can be terminated or at least supervised.
