Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If a woman is married and she gets pregnat by another man who is responible for caring for the child besides the mother. The husband or the father of the child?

When a married woman has a baby, her husband is presumed to be the father until the court is convinced to find otherwise. If a many thinks he is the biological father of a married woman's baby, he might initiate a case to determine paternity. So might amarried man who believes that his ex-wife's child is not his. Whoever teh prents are, they are each responsible for the care of the child.
