Written agreement in a divorce

If i write a note stating if things dont work out between my husband and i by a certain date i will give him an uncontested divorce, share joint custody with our child and me and the child reside in our home and he will provide total support of our child, but i can get a job and take care of myself. Will just a signed piece of paper stating this hold up in court for his benefit? We have been married 28 years and i have hardly worked out of the home. I stayed home with our child.
