last year my son came home from his fathers sick and i took him to urgent care immediately they said he was in respitory distress from smoking and it is in our divorce decree we do not smoke in our homes or cars i have medical records that confirm this is an ongoing situration since my sons birth i have since stopped visitation i am being told i dont have the right to do that we have joint custody and i have physical custody i want full custody of my son what do i need to do

It sounds like you need to file a Motion to Modify the existing Court Order to restrict the boy's father's rights to physical custody. You may need to have a Guardian Ad Litem appointed for the child and contribute to that attorney's fees. Please consult with an attorney.
