Acquire a Loan under false pretenses

I have posted before & looked in FAQ and can find no answers! What is it call when some one acquires a loan under false pretenses? Isn't there a law in missouri against that? Need help ASAP!

Perhaps you did not receive any responses because your question does not give any facts upon which an attorney could base a response. If you have such a situation, you should simply contact an attorney and arrange for a consultation. If you are only interested in the prospect of bringing criminal charges against someone, then you should contact the prosecutor in the County where the offense took place. They in turn may direct you to the local law enforcement authorities. If you are looking to collect money that you loaned to someone, you should consult with a private attorney. Good luck.
