my point is that not only had not the law firm not provided any written doucmentation of the actions taken by them but when asked to do so informed us that they would not do so because of the time and expense it would take to keep us up to date . not only are they not informing us of there proceedings, they fail to explaine in writing in a way we can understand what the ----=- their up too. for an example they say the award is accuring 12 % interest. and at the same time they tell us the other side can still appeal. and there has not been a settle ment awarded any one . why should any one be paying interest on a judgement that hasnt get been awarded?? whats my point in all this rant and raving??? When i ask for help from attorneys wanting to question the actions or factuallity of things were being told, or rather information from a third party source , i run in to a brick wall. What we would like to know is what is the true likely hood that a judge is gooing to go over a state cap and award us a couple hunderd thousand extra dollars the jury has awarded the boy, perhaps the judge might decied instead to tossw out the intire judgement.. and what is the time frame involved if the medical office on the other side appeals
