You have not supplied enough facts to accurately answer your question. But, generally, Why pay for the same repair twice?

If the new problem is something that was not discoverd during the first visit, then you should pay. However, if this is the repari you needed the first time and teh first repair wa sunnecessary, then the garage shoudl credit some or all of what you have already paid.

If the new problem is something that was caused by action or inaction while the car was in teh garage teh first time, then the garage shoudl pay for all of the new repair.

Unfortunately, you will probable need to sue the garage, or hire an attorney to be able to get any of the above relief.
