Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I bought a used car from a local person and then found out that the lady didn't have the title. I refused to take the car without a title and she wouldn't give me my money back. I made her sign a promisary note that was notorized stating that she owed me the money for the car. She isn't paying me back as promised. I took her to Small claims court and she's still not paying me. The court here in Missouri said that they can't make her pay. I could try to find out if she works or what bank she uses and they can do a garnishment, but she's not working and I have no way of finding out what bank she uses. Is there anyway possible to get my money back another way?

You might be able to do a debtors exam, wherein the judgment debtor comes to Court, gets sworn in, and you ask them where they bank, work, etc. It might require you to transcribe your judgment up to the next level.

Good luck
