Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

In a civil case seeking damages where no amount is given in the prayer, who drafts the judgment as follows:

1. Does the court draft the final summary judgment with an amount once judge gives there decision?

2. or do you have to draft the final summary judgment?

3. if you have to draft final summary judgment then do you file the final summary judgment with the motion for summary judgment?

4. if so do you leave in the final summary judgment section where an amount is owed, left blank so the judge can write it in once he/she decides?

5. or do you file the final judgment after the decision has been made?

6. and once judgment has been made, how long do you have to file the final judgment with the court?
