Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
If I have a consent judgement against me, but the doc says Stayed pending payments. Does this mean there is still a judgement that should show up on my credit report?

If the judgment has been filed with the court, it may show up on one or more of your credit reports. If the judgment executed by you and the creditor is int eh hnad sof the creditor, the case will liely opnly hsow up as pending with the credit reporting bureaus. If you conplete the agreed payements, then you will want to insist that a Satisfaction be filed with the court. This may lessen the effect of the case on your percieved creditworthiness.
