My wife recieved a credit card from a bank back in 2002 everything was fine and dandy she paid the card on time every month they had direct acess to her bank account so it came out the day it was due.Another company bought out the credit card company and she didn't know it. Intern she got behind because they never took the monies out of her account. she is now playing catch up late fee's they called her job she didn't want to discuss it there so she told them to call me and she gave me permission to discuss her account with this credit card company i'm her husband. I never signed any statement or every had a card but it's now on my credit report what can i do No one at the credit card company seems to believe me how can i get this resolve. I never signed my name to anything
